This hydraulic lift assembly includes 4 Bucher Hydraulics cylinders attached to a Bucher Hydraulics manual pump, along with all the brackets to mount them to Vention extrusions. Each cylinder is capable of lifting 112.5kg with a total of 450kg for the entire system. Cylinder stroke is 305mm. Maximum operating range should be kept under 80% of total stroke to ensure optimum stability. The hydraulic hoses allow for two of the cylinders to be mounted max 2430mm from the pump, and the other two must be a max. 1530mm from the pump. Assembly instructions for the brackets on the pump and cylinders are included in the 2D drawing.
