My Orders 2.0: A Complete Look at Our Revamped Order Management System

Vention users have asked us for a more robust order management section. With that feedback, we are proud to unveil our newly released "Order" section; providing a simplified user experience, an improved layout and access to key information on your current and past orders.

Vention Order Managment Details

Each order placed will now include an expected delivery date and its own progress bar that indicates it’s status from; Created, In Progress, Shipped and Completed. We’ve also added a visual showcase of either the full design and/or the parts purchased. This allows for a quick solution to reorder a particular design or parts if desired.

Also accessing key documents is even easier than ever. Your invoice, bill of materials and purchase order (if used to order) can all be downloaded in one-click from the main order menu.

Lastly, you can also easily visit our shipping partners’ website and track your order’s shipment by clicking on the “Track your shipment” button within each order. Take a look at the new order management on your profile today.
