My Orders 2.0: A Complete Look at Our Revamped Order Management System

Lots of Vention users have asked us for a more robust order management section. We heard you! The newly released update provides a simpler user experience, an improved layout, and quicker access to key information about your current and past orders

Vention Order Managment Details

Now, each order you place is accompanied by its own expected delivery date and a progress bar, which indicates the order’s status: Created, In Progress, Shipped, and Completed.

We’ve also added a visual showcase of the full design and/or the parts purchased. This makes it simple to reorder particular designs or parts later on, if you decide you want more of them. Accessing key documents is easier than ever. Your invoice, bill of materials, and purchase order (if used to order) can all be downloaded in one click from the main order menu.

Lastly, you can now track your shipment with a single click. Select “Track your shipment” to go straight to our shipping partners’ website. Take a look at the new order management features on your profile today.
